Personal: Smith was born and raised in North Olmsted, OH to parents Kevin and Amy Smith…has two sisters Alexis and Mackenzie…hobbies are sports, going to the beach, lifting, and snowboarding…favorite foods are ice cream, pizza, and Chipotle…favorite movie is Mean Girls…favorite musical artists are Wiz Khalifa and Ke$ha…favorite athletes are Lebron James, Russell Wilson, and Tim Lincecum…majoring in Marketing…in 10 years he hopes to be successful…chose HPU because of the weather and the opportunity to play baseball in Hawai’i

Prior to HPU: Smith was a pitcher and shortstop at North Olmsted High School...also was the school’s quarterback on the football team...was an All-Conference Honorable Mention in baseball

HPU: 2016: Did not make an appearance 2015- Made four appearances and pitched three innings...posted a 12.00 ERA and struck out four batters  2014- Redshirted
