Personal: Born in Honolulu, Hawaii...parents are Jayson and Evelyn Rego...has one sister Brittany (26) and one brother Jayson (24)...hobbies include surfing, diving, working out, playing sports and outdoor activities...favorite food is fast food...enjoys listening to music artists The Green, SOJA, Lil Wayne and Eminem...other favorites include the movie Expendables and athletes Shawn Green, Derek Jeter, Nomar Garciapara, Shane Victorino, Ladanian Tomlinson and Adrian Peterson...in 10 years he would like to be settled down in a career that is towards his major and hopefully still playing baseball...he chose HPU because of the education, location and sports...major is Psychology.

Prior to HPU: Attended Saddleback College in Mission Viego, California...also a graduate of Kamehameha Schools in Honolulu, Hawaii...where he lettered in football under coach Kanani Souza and baseball under coach Vernon Ramie...earned MIL Honorable Mentioned his sophomore year.

HPU: 2012- Begins second season. 2011-  Played in 15 games, starting eight…Went 10-31 (.323 AVG) with seven runs and four RBI.
