Biography

Personal: Born in Bogota… parents are Nelson Ramirez and Martha Rivera… enjoys to cook, read, watch movies, surf, have beach days, drawing, and to dance… other favorites are pizza, cheesecake, ice cream, all kinds of chocolates, cheeses, and sea food and the movies V for Vendeta, Sucker Punch, Limitless, and Constantine and the music artists Shakira, Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Pitbull, Evanecense, Bjork, Fonseca, Alejandro Sanz, and Ricaro Arjona…chose HPU because it is in Hawaii, the people are nice, and the BEST tennis team…she is currently majoring in Biochemistry.

Prior to HPU: A graduate of Maria Auxiliadora.

HPU: 2014: Begins second season. 2013: Finished the season with a 16-2 record mostly at third singles. Went 20-6 in doubles, playing mostly in the second spot with partner, Lea Kruse-Utermann. Earned PacWest Newcomer of the Year and Second Team All-PacWest honors. 2012: Redshirted
