JAZZMIN AWA-WILLIAMS
Jazzmin Awa-Williams (Kona, HI) led the HPU women's basketball team this past weekend in a trio of non-conference road games. She led twice led HPU in scoring, posting 12 points each against Cal State Monterrey Bay (11/16) and Chico State (11/20). In HPU's season-opening route of defending RMAC champions Adams State College (11/13), she scored 12 points, dished out four assists, and pulled down four rebounds.
The Lady Sea Warriors next play Saint Thomas Aquinas this Friday, November 26. Start time at the Neal Blaisdell Center is set for 12:00 p.m. The game will be broadcasted live on KWHE-TV 14.
