Lily Ammari, a 5’5 student-athlete from Troy, Michigan, joins the Sharks’ Acrobatics and Tumbling program with a decorated background in gymnastics and volleyball. Training under coaches Diana Burny and Lana Meaders at Ernest W. Seaholm High School, Ammari earned state titles on both beam and floor, showcasing her talent and versatility as a gymnast. At HPU, she is pursuing a degree in marine biology, drawn by the university’s hands-on learning opportunities near the ocean and the chance to balance her academic and athletic passions. A true water enthusiast, Ammari enjoys surfing, free diving, lifeguarding, and exploring marine life, aligning her personal lifestyle with her career aspirations in conservation.
