HPU - 2017: Participated in 6 races during his junior season for the Sharks….Grabbed a personal best of 16:17 at the Hawai’I Hilo Invitational 5K and posted a season best time of 25.22.2 in the Capital Gross Challenge 8K….finished 20^th overall in the PacWest Championships with a time of 26:22.7…..picked up a first place win of 3 of the 6 races throughout the season...Amos landed on the 3rd team All-PacWest last season
UAA - 2016: Participated in four races during first season as Seawolf … contributed to team's seventh straight GNAC title with 21st-place finish, covering 8K course in 26:08.5 … helped Seawolves to runner-up team performances at UW Sundodger (Sept. 17) and Western Washington Invite (Oct. 8), finishing 51st and 53rd, respectively … began Seawolf career at NDNU Argo Invite in Belmont, Calif. (Sept. 3), posting season-best finish in 10th place.   
Ranger College - Competed in three cross country races in 2015 as freshman before sustaining an injury ... Ranger's top finisher in each race, winning Hardin-Simmons University Cowboy Classic 4-miler in 20:57 ... transferred to UAA in January 2016 and redshirted track & field season to heal from injury
