Personal: Born in Manila, Philippines…..Parents are Dennis and Grace Cruz…..has two younger siblings Gabriel and Ysabelle…..Hobbies are photography, cars and shopping…..Favorite movies are Finding Nemo and Lilo and Stitch…..Favorite athletes are Matthew Centrowitz and Allyson Felix.  Majoring in Integrated Multimedia…..In 10 years he would like to be a professional runner and compete in the Olympics representing USA or the Philippines.
 
Prior to HPU: Ran cross country and track…..was a Four-Time California State Qualifier and won the California State Cross Country Championship in 2010.
 
HPU: Begins first season at HPU
