With over a decade of coaching experience in athletics, Kevin Schwarz has played a pivotal role in the development of numerous athletes, guiding them to remarkable achievements both on and off the course. Notable highlights include coaching a Cross Country All-American, an Outdoor Track 5-K All-American, and Indoor and Outdoor Track 800m All-Americans.
However, Kevin Schwarz finds greater fulfillment in the collective successes of the teams under his guidance. One such moment was when the 4x800 Women's Team at Cincinnati broke the school record, showcasing the power of teamwork and dedication.
Rooted in the mentorship Kevin Schwarz received from their own coach during their student-athlete days, they prioritize instilling values of integrity, resilience, and compassion in every athlete they coach. Drawing from their extensive coaching education and certifications, Kevin Schwarz brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, focusing not only on the technical aspects but also on building meaningful relationships with student-athletes.
With a year spent as a Graduate Assistant at HPU during the 2017-2018 school year, Kevin Schwarz honed their coaching skills and refined their approach. Today, they continue to aspire to be the kind of coach they were fortunate to have, creating a culture of growth, camaraderie, and achievement on and off the course.
