Caleb Millikan is entering his second year as an assistant for the Sharks where his responsibilities include infield and baserunning. He was a member of the 2024 HPU baseball team as a player, which made the postseason for the first time since 2010 and finished with a record of 30-22.

As a player he attended Berkeley High School in Berkeley, California. He started his college career at Chabot Community College where he earned all-conference honors in 2019, before transferring to Pitzer college where he was an all-conference selection in 2022. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in psychology, he played his last year of eligibility at HPU where he obtained a masters of science in criminal justice.

In his first year working with the Sharks infielders, the defense set a program record for fielding percentage, fielding at a .972 clip for the season.
