Sean Letsinger is the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Hawai'i Pacific University, a role he began in October 2024. In this position, he oversees all aspects of NCAA compliance, supports institutional adherence to Title IX within athletics, and leads the development and enforcement of policies that promote equity, integrity, and student-athlete well-being. His work includes managing eligibility, recruiting, and financial aid compliance, while also collaborating with campus leadership to ensure a fair and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.

Letsinger brings more than 15 years of experience in collegiate athletics, spanning athletic administration, elite coaching, and operations. Prior to joining HPU, he served as Chief of Staff at Talk Hiring from 2022 to 2024, where he helped advance a mission-driven tech platform designed to assist job seekers through interview preparation and career support, with a focus on underserved populations.

From 2018 to 2022, Letsinger was the Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Diving at Princeton University, where he elevated the program to national prominence. Under his leadership, Princeton divers earned Ivy League titles, broke school records, and qualified for NCAA Championships. Previously, he served as Head Diving Coach at the University of Richmond from 2013 to 2018, where his student-athletes achieved multiple Atlantic 10 honors and NCAA Zone qualification. During the 2012–2013 season, Letsinger led the diving program at South Dakota State University, where his divers set seven school records and helped the men's team post an undefeated dual-meet season.

Letsinger began his coaching career at the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of the Volunteer diving team from 2007 to 2010. He transitioned into coaching as a student assistant in 2010–2011 and continued as a volunteer assistant coach through the 2011–2012 season. He earned the university’s first-ever Inspiration Award in 2010 and contributed to the development of national-caliber student-athletes.

He holds a Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Studies from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business from the University of Tennessee. Now based in Honolulu, Letsinger continues to bring a values-driven, student-centered approach to his work, ensuring that compliance and equity remain central to the success of HPU Athletics.
