The Sharks (12-10, 7-7 PacWest) received 11 kills apiece from Carson Pyle and Elizabeth Culpepper, but struggled offensively to the tune of a 0.076 hitting percentage. Setter Tenika Wentworth notched 29 assists and chipped in nine digs and two kills, while senior defensive specialist Amanda Moriarty posted 29 digs.

"We did a good job of fighting back and winning game three, but ultimately we didn't have the energy to compete tonight," said HPU coach Daryl Kapis.

HPU will remain on the road to continue its three-match away swing and returns for a home contest at St. Andrew's Priory on Friday, Nov. 13, to face PacWest foe Point Loma at 7 p.m.
