Box Score SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (November 7, 2015)—The Hawaii Pacific women's volleyball team dropped a five-set affair with Academy of Art University 23-25, 25-18, 25-20, 23-25, 15-13 in a PacWest Conference matchup at Kezar Pavilion.
 
The Sharks (13-11, 8-8 PacWest) received a match-high 18 kills from Kamehameha product Pomai Recca, while senior Elizabeth Culpepper added 12 kills. Setter Tenika Wentworth notched 50 assists and chipped in 10 digs, three blocks and three service aces. Senior defensive specialist Amanda Moriarty posted 21 digs.
 
The Urban Knights (7-17, 3-13) were led by Stine Raben (16 kills) and Melissa Brum (15 kills). Setter Rachael Smith racked up a match-best 51 assists and Kabrina Speakman added 23 digs.
 
HPU returns for a home contest at St. Andrew's Priory on Friday, Nov. 13, to face PacWest foe Point Loma at 7 p.m.
