Box Score WAIPIO, HAWAII (September 17, 2015)—Josch Cuerten and Christopher Campbell notched goals to help the Hawaii Pacific men's soccer team notch a 2-1 victory over BYU-Hawaii in a non-conference clash at Waipio Peninsula Soccer Park.

The Sharks (1-2) got on the board first when Christopher Campbell scored in the 41^st minute following a cross from Erik Kemsies. Cuerten then put HPU ahead in the 59^th minute to put the match out of reach.
 
The Seasiders (1-2) narrowed the deficit to one goal on Steven Rodriguez's score in the 65^th minute, but the visitors could not find an equalizer.
 
HPU out-shot BYU-Hawaii 12-7, while the Sharks pushed the action to the tune of three corner kicks.
 
The Sharks return to action on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 3 p.m. at Atherton Field to face Chaminade in a non-conference clash.
