Box Score HONOLULU (September 19, 2015)—Junior outside hitter Pomai Recca racked up a match-high 12 kills as the Hawaii Pacific women's volleyball team swept Holy Names (Calif.) University 25-20, 25-14, 25-17 in a PacWest Conference matchup at St. Andrew's Priory.
 
The Sharks (7-3, 2-0 PacWest) extended their winning streak to five matches and have now notched six victories on the season via sweep. Setter Tenika Wentworth notched 21 assists, while senior defensive specialist Amanda Moriarty picked up 10 digs. Kayla Demari hit .600 with 6 kills, while senior outside hitter Elizabeth Culpepper added 7 kills via a .538 hitting percentage
 
The Hawks (1-9, 0-2 PacWest) received 10 kills from Lihau Perreira.
 
HPU returns to St. Andrew's Priory on Friday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m. to host Academy of Art.
