Amanda Moriarty picked up 20 digs.
Kayla Demari hit .417 with 13 kills, while senior
Elizabeth Culpepper added 9 kills.
"Senior
Amanda Moriarty played one of the best, if not the best, most complete matches in her career," said HPU coach
Daryl Kapis. "She was very focused all night and produced in a big way for us both in serve-receive and defensively."
HPU now leads the all-time series with ART U, 9-3.
"Academy of Art came out and gave us their 'A' game and we had to fight tooth-and-nail all night long. The composure we showed was amazing," Kapis said.

HPU returns to St. Andrew's Priory on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 6 p.m. to host Dominican (Calif.) University.
