HONOLULU – Saturday's Hawai'i Pacific University men's soccer match with No. 6 Simon Fraser has been moved to the Waipio Soccer Park in Waipahu. Kickoff has also been changed to 3 p.m. on Waipio's Field 5.

The match was originally scheduled for 12:30 on Saturday at Atherton Field on HPU's Loa campus in Kaneohe, but recent rains and flooding have made the field unplayable.

The Sharks (0-1-2) have their home opener as they host the Clan (3-0-0), the only Canadian member of the NCAA.

In addition to being ranked sixth in the latest NSCAA Division II national poll, the Clan is ranked number one in the West Region that includes the Great Northwest Athletic Conference, the California Collegiate Athletic Association and the Pac West.

"This will be a great test for our guys," said HPU Coach
Chris Fisher. "Simon Fraser is consistently one of the top teams in NCAA Division II. This is the measuring stick for our program and it's great to have them here on Oahu."
