Costa Mesa, CA – The Hawai'i Pacific University women's basketball team faced a tough week on the road, dropping three consecutive PacWest matchups to Vanguard, Azusa Pacific, and Westmont. Despite valiant efforts, the Sharks struggled against some of the top teams in the conference.
Game 1: Vanguard 82, HPU 47
The Sharks opened their road trip against Vanguard, falling 82-47 at the Freed Center. HPU kept it close early but was unable to keep pace as the Lions pulled away with a dominant third quarter.

Game 2: Azusa Pacific 81, HPU 77
HPU battled hard against Azusa Pacific, staying competitive throughout but ultimately falling short in a narrow 81-77 loss. APU's Kelly Heimburger delivered an incredible 39-point performance to lead the Cougars.

- Morgan Hawkins: Tallied 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists.

Game 3: Westmont 91, HPU 58
The road trip concluded with a 91-58 loss to Westmont. The Warriors shot an impressive 50.8% from the field and used a strong fourth quarter to pull away.
