Prior to HPU: Erik played soccer at CJD Christophorous Schüler under head coach Roland Kroos as a midfielder.

HPU: 2015- Started in 15 of 16 matches on the season...scored four goals...recorded seven assists...posted15 points...took 27 shots(.148) with 14 shots on goal (.519)...took and converted one penalty kick...became the Sharks all-time career assist record holder with his assist against Holy Names (10/24)... Named to the All PacWest Third Team  2014- Started 16 matches…scored one goal and passed out nine assists…took 32 shots, 20 on goal…took and made one penalty shot…had multiple assists in two matches…named All-PacWest honorable mention 2013- Started all 17 matches…led team in assists with nine…scored five goals…was named first team All-PacWest and second team All-Region…named PacWest Freshman of the Week…named PacWest Player of the Week
