Personal: Born in Seoul, South Korea...nickname is Ji...son of Gyu Moon Heo and Youn Suk Hee...has three sisters, Na Sil (26), Na Hee (25), and Na Lim (24)...hobbies are photography, playing the guitar, surfing, listening to music, video editing, and playing video games...favorite foods are Carbonara pasta, steak, subway sandwiches, and ramen...other favorites are the movies Superbad, Iron Man, 2012, Inception...and music artists Incubus, Muse, Jack Johnson, and Avenged Sevenfold...favorite athlete is Marat Safin...in 10 years he would like to be an Ambassador... chose HPU because of the Hawaii life, good tennis program and surfing...majoring in International Studies and Integrated Multimedia.

Prior to HPU: Graduated from Marianas High School and played tennis, coached by Jeff Race... was Athlete of the Year 2007, 2008, 2010 in Saipan.

HPU: 2012: Begins second season.

2011: Went 11-5 in singles play, mostly at 3rd singles...went 9-8 in doubles action...won both of his matches (singles and doubles) in the "Sweet 16" at the NCAA Championship.
