William Dulay Jones is a distance runner from Lana?i, Hawai?i. He graduated from Lana?i High & Elementary School, where he competed in cross country, basketball, and volleyball under head coach Jody Ige. During his prep career, Jones earned the Cross Country Coaches Award twice and recorded fifth-, sixth-, and two seventh-place finishes in cross country meets. He also competed as a middle blocker in volleyball and a small forward in basketball.

Jones enjoys playing video games in his free time. His favorite foods are anything except seafood, while his favorite movies include the first four Harry Potter films, Flipped, and 10 Things I Hate About You. He enjoys listening to Playboi Carti, beabadoobee, Olivia Rodrigo, Lil Tecca, and Bunii. His favorite athletes are Kylian Mbappé, Derrick Rose, LeBron James, Neymar, and Lionel Messi. In 10 years, Jones hopes to become an Olympic gold medalist. He chose HPU because of the courses and academic opportunities the university provides.
