Transitioning to the United States to pursue his professional soccer career, Joshua's talents were recognized as he earned the title of NJCAA All-American while enrolled at St. Louis Community College. Later, he assumed the role of captain for the Cal Poly Men’s Soccer team, earning All-Conference honors.
Following his graduation, Joshua's passion for soccer evolved into a full-time coaching endeavor. Initially joining the coaching staff for the Cal Poly men's program in 2022, he also played a pivotal role in developing a robust youth boys' side at Central Coast United.
In 2023, Joshua was appointed as the Varsity Head Coach of San Luis Obispo High School, leading the team to claim its first Mountain Conference Championship in four years. Concurrently, he attained his US Soccer C License and is poised to pursue his B License in the upcoming year.
Looking ahead, Joshua aspires to contribute to the establishment of a thriving Men’s Soccer program and foster a culture at HPU that extracts the maximum potential from every student athlete on and off the field.
