Personal: Born in Kaneohe…nickname is “Chan”…parents are Darren and Monica…has three siblings; Kaisha (19), Darrien (16), and Raykelle (14)…Chan’s hobbies include softball, shopping, eating, hiking, and going to the beach…favorite foods are pizza, fried chicken, and steak…favorite movies are the Madea movies…favorite music genres are R&B and Hip Hop…favorite athlete is Crystl Bustos…Chan chose HPU because of her major, the softball team, because its a private school, and it’s at home…in 10 years she would like to be married, have a good job, and have a healthy lifestyle…she is currently majoring in Psychyology.

Prior to HPU: Graduated from Castle High School, there she played softball at 3rd base under Coach Jon Berinobis…she earned League MVP and 1st Team League All-Stars (Eastern Division)…2nd Team All-League…she also attended Hesston College and Friends University in Kansas…there she played softball at 3rd and 2nd base under Coach Tony Segovia…she was on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
