Prior to HPU: Graduated from Kapolei High School in Kapolei, Hawaii…played softball under Coach Tony Saffery…was awarded OIA Second Team Red Division All-Star in 2007-2008 and 2008-2009, OIA First Team Red Division All-Star in 2010-2011, All State Third Team in 2011, OC16 Impact Player Award in 2008, and OC16 Team Player Award in 2008…also wrestled

HPU: 2015: Begins fourth season
2014: Acierto played and started in 40 games. She was second on the team in at bats with 118 and doubles with nine. On 32 hits, including one triple, she scored 21 runs and drove in 32 RBI’s and was tied for the team lead with four homeruns. She was also second on the team in stolen bases where she was a perfect 9-9. 2013: Named All-PacWest Second Team…played and started 46 games…hit .345 on the year with 13 doubles, two triples, a home run, 26 RBI and nine steals in 10 attempts...started the season hot going 7-11 with 6 runs and 8 RBI in her first four games
2012: Played in 35 games, started in 21…hit .288 with seven runs, five doubles, a triple, and 14 RBI, and four stolen bases.
