Brent Gibson brings a wealth of experience to the coaching staff. With a strong background in both education and basketball, he has a proven track record of developing student-athletes on and off the court.
Gibson holds master's degrees in education from Murray State University and the University of the Cumberlands. He has held various coaching positions at both the high school and collegiate levels, including head coaching roles at Madisonville-North Hopkins High School (KY) Deer High School (AR) and Palm Beach Atlantic University (FL). While at Deer High School, he was named 1A West Coach of the Year and was twice named 2nd Region Coach of the Year at Madisonville North Hopkins.. His experience as an assistant coach at James B. Castle High School (HI) and Madisonville-North Hopkins further solidified his expertise in the game.
Beyond his coaching career, Gibson has excelled in educational leadership roles, serving as an assistant principal and athletic director. His commitment to academic success and personal growth aligns seamlessly with the program's values
