Born and raised in Maui, HI, Noelani was a Baldwin High School stand out, then went on to play two years with the NJCAA in Northern California.
She began her coaching career at the youth level, for Riggers Soccer Club where she was an assistant and head coach for numerous teams from 2010-2017.
In 2012, Noelani started coaching with the Interscholastic League of Honolulu for the Pac-5 girls soccer program. After three years at the Intermediate and Junior Varsity levels, she became an assistant with Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Intermediate girls' program for two seasons.
By 2017, Noelani had shifted from Riggers SC to help start a new girls soccer club in Hawaii Kai, Koko Head Rapids SC. There, she was the head coach for two age groups, and held multiple positions within the club, including Director of Coaching and Club Administration roles.
With the dissolution of Koko Head Rapids Club in 2022, it then merged with Hawai’i Soccer Academy where Noe continued to serve as the Director of Coaching and Club Administrator for the Hawai’i Kai region.
Noelani is currently the varsity Head Coach at Kaiser High School where she oversees the girl’s soccer program since 2016. She has been named OIA-East Conference Coach of the Year a total of three times in 2018, 2024, and 2025. In addition to her work with KHS, Noe is the Head Coach for the Kanaka 16 Women’s National Team and a Talent Scout for the Hawaiian National Teams.
Noe has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Manoa and holds a USSF “C” Coaching License.
