Thomas is a USSF C License-certified soccer coach with extensive experience developing and coaching athletes from the youth levels to professional-level players for over 5 years. Thomas blends tactical expertise, performance-based training, and mentorship to help players reach their peak potential both on and off the field.

Thomas’ coaching career includes leading Punahou School’s JV Girls to back-to-back championship appearances with near-undefeated seasons, assisting Varsity in three Hawaii State Championships, and transforming teams at Albion SC Hawaii into consistent tournament finalists and high-level contenders. 

As the founder of a high-engagement digital training platform, Thomas delivers private and small-group sessions for players from early development stages to those competing at the professional level. Known for fostering inclusive team cultures and sharp game intelligence, he incorporates tactical video analysis, structured periodization, and technical repetition to create environments where athletes thrive.
