Personal: Marianna was born in Bellevue, WA to parents Pedro and Julianna…she has two brothers Peter (20) and Lucas (14)… Marianna enjoys playing soccer, riding motorcycles, playing drums, and drawing…her favorite foods are pizza, pasta, and burgers..favorite movies are Blades of Glory, Burlesque, and Frozen...Marianna enjoys listening to the Beatles, Jason Derulo, and Christina Aguilera…her favorite athletes are Pele, Ashley Morgan, and Julio Cesar...she chose HPU because it reminded her of Brazil and is studying Elementary Education…in ten years Marianna hopes to be living on her own and doing what she loves.
 
Prior to HPU: Graduated from Redmond HS in Redmond, WA where she played soccer under head coach Patrick Scheibe as goalkeeper…at Redmond she won several awards including Most Inspirational, All-KingCo Goalkeeper Honorable Mention, Second-Team All-KingCo Goalkeeper, and First-Team All-KingCo Goalkeeper
