Box Score HONOLULU, HI (November 9, 2013)—The Hawai`i Pacific Women's Soccer Team finished its season on a high note, defeating Chaminade (1-15, 1-11) 1-0 in overtime. The Sea Warriors finish the season with a 7-8-2 record overall and 5-5-2 record in the Pacific West Conference.
Despite the game going to overtime, HPU dominated the stat sheet for its third win against Chaminade in 2013.
The Sea Warriors outshot the Silverswords 31-3 in the match including a 17-2 advantage in the second half. HPU also dominated in corner kicks, notching 11 while holding CUH without a single one.
Although Hawai`i Pacific dominated play throughout, Chaminade goalkeeper Lauren Ishii managed to keep her team in the match by making 14 saves.
In overtime, HPU turned to an unlikely source for its offense.

Kaisha Chu threw the ball in from the sideline and
Breanna Gaddis flicked a header towards goal. Freshman
Tiffany Cabreros was able to put the ball in the back of the net, giving HPU the 1-0 victory in the 95
th minute.
The goal was Cabreros' first of her collegiate career on just her fourth shot of the season.
Senior
Andrea Aguirre was all over the pitch in her final match as a Sea Warrior registering 11 shots, four of them on goal.
