Connor Looney scored a game-high 17 points to help the Hawaii Pacific men's basketball team complete the season sweep of Notre Dame de Namur via a 67-55 victory in PacWest Conference action at Moanalua High School.
The Sharks (17-7 overall, 12-5 PacWest) also received six rebounds, two assists and two steals from Looney, who poured in a career-high 30 points on Thursday against Chaminade. Senior forward
Luke Hager chipped in 11 points, pulled down three boards and dished out two assists in 28 minutes of action.
Guards
Rema Lascelles and
Jordan Martin connected on two treys apiece, while notching 10 and eight points.
Joel Feigler finished with four points, four rebounds and two blocks and has now blocked 39 shots in the last 16 games. The Las Vegas native and Central Arkansas transfer is averaging upwards of 11 points, four rebounds and two blocks per game this season.
The Argonauts (3-20, 2-14) received 12 points apiece from Jalen Young and Tre'Shawn King-Dunbar.
HPU returns to Moanalua High School for a tilt against UH Hilo on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 3 p.m.
