In the first half the Vikings were able to capitalize off missed shots by the Sharks and build a huge lead heading into the break.
The Sharks were able to get there offense going in the last two quarters but the Western Washington's strong start gave the Vikings a big enough cushion to cruise to a 80-44 victory.Â
Though a tough loss for the Blue and White, Megan Jones continues to build her resume for PacWest defender of the year with four blocks to bring her total to 12 for the week. Meanwhile, in her second time in the starting lineup, Ella Berge led the team with eight rebounds.
