Nampa, ID – Hawaii Pacific University's men's soccer team continued their hard-fought season, narrowly losing to Lubbock Christian 1-0 on Thursday afternoon at NNU Soccer Field. Despite a strong defensive effort, a second-half goal from Yannis Sapim of Lubbock Christian sealed the win.

The match saw balanced play, with both teams creating opportunities throughout. Lubbock Christian took 11 shots, with 3 on target, while Hawaii Pacific managed 9 shots, with 3 on goal. The decisive moment came in the 55th minute when Yannis Sapim found the back of the net, assisted by Nako Amare, breaking the scoreless deadlock.
