Biography

Personal: Born in Ventura, California…enjoys reading and listening to music…favorite movie is Training Day…favorite athletes are Kobe Bryant and Robert Griffin III…in ten years he would like to be purchasing a new home for his parents…majoring in political science…chose HPU for the basketball program.

Prior to HPU: Played basketball for Coach Dan Larson at Ventura High School...also ran track and field…attended Moorpark College where he played basketball under Coach Remy McCarthy…awarded First All-Team Conference...averaged 14.5 points a game on 67% shooting from the field and 8.5 rebounds a contest....spent his freshman season at Cal State Monterey Bay

HPU: 2014-2015: Begins second season 2013-2014: Garrett played in all 28 games...recorded a .667 field goal percentage (30-45)...shot .406 from the charity stripe...had 55 rebounds
