Prior to HPU: Orr arrived at HPU after transfering from NCAA Division I Bowling Green State University. He played two full seasons and was granted an injury hardship waiver after playing five games in a third. Two of those years he played for his father Louis Orr. At BGSU, Orr saw action in 62 games with 32 starts. For his career he averaged 4.8 point per games while shooting 45% from the field.

HPU: 2015-16: Named Third Team All-PacWest Conference, Orr made a valuable impact in his first year by averaging 14 points per game to lead the Sharks. The sharpshooter also averaged 5.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1 steal per game, while converting 83 percent of his free throw tries and 40 percent of his 3-point attempts. Orr recorded double-digit scoring efforts 19 times, including seven 20-plus-point efforts. He hit six treys in HPU’s win over Grace Bible on Nov. 28 and helped the Sharks set a new team record with 20 3-point baskets that game.
