2016-17: Spencer was a huge asset to the sharks during the 2016-17 season starting in 12 of the 23 games she played in. On average, Gray scored 5.3 points per game, dished out 3 assists, and counted 4.4 rebounds. On top of that, she also recorded 26 steals and 3 blocks on the year. Spencer shot just as good from the 3-point line (36%) as she did from the field (36.9%) and recorded 25% of the sharks points against No. 2 Alaska Anchorage in the NCAA tournament in Anchorage.
2015-2016- Played in 25 games, starting 7…saw 23.5 minutes per games while shooting 33% (33-99) from the floor, 30% (17-57) from three-point range and 78% (34-44) at the foul line…scored 117 points (4.7 PPG), grabbed 88 rebounds (3.0 RPG)…tallied 76 assists (3 APG), 32 steals and 3 blocks.

Accolades: Gray played one season and red-shirted another at Division I Iona College of the MAAC Conference. As a freshman, she played in 18 games in 2013-14 averaging seven minutes per contest. She totaled 16 assists against just six turnovers and added 14 rebounds and nine points. The season highlight was playing 20 minutes and passing out six assists at Sacred Heart in December. Gray red-shirted in 2014-2015. She was also a two-time GWOC All-Division selection out of Centerville High School in southern Ohio. After her sophomore year she was considered a "Top 100 Area Players to Watch" by the Dabbelt Report. She was named a "Freshman to Watch" by the same publication a year earlier.
