Previous Performance:  
Nikola was part of the Sharks during their 2016-17 PacWest Championship victory. He played in a total of 21 games averaging 8.6 minutes with 3.3pts per game (45.3% from the field and 25.0% from beyond the arc), 90% free throw percentage, and 1.8 rebounds. He totaled 13 assists, a block and a steal on the season with a highlight game against Hawaii Hilo where he scored 10 points (100% FG%) and tallied a rebound.
