Honolulu native Alexis “Lexi” Oshiro joins Hawai‘i Pacific University softball after an accomplished prep career at Henry J. Kaiser High School under coaches Mitchell Matsumoto and Abel Texeira. A multi-sport athlete in softball and paddling, Oshiro earned OIA East First Team Honors as a freshman and graduated as a valedictorian with CTE and Academic Honors.

A steady presence both at the plate and in the field, Oshiro brings versatility to the Sharks as an outfielder and first baseman. Drawn to HPU’s family-oriented team culture, she chose to continue her softball journey close to home, competing in front of her family and friends while pursuing her degree in biology.
