Biography

Emi Rodriguez joins the Sharks from Upland High School in Upland, California. The 5-foot second baseman/utility player is pursuing a degree in Public Health at Hawai?i Pacific.

Rodriguez competed in both softball and flag football during her high school career under head coach Sarah Farnworth. A versatile infielder, she primarily played second base while developing into a dependable all-around athlete.

Rodriguez chose HPU because of its welcoming environment and strong campus culture. Away from the field, she enjoys painting, working out, and spending time at the beach. Looking ahead, she hopes to become a pediatric radiologist while continuing to make a positive impact both on and off the field.
