Local standout Makayla “Mak” Pagampao joins Hawai‘i Pacific University softball after a decorated career at Mililani High School under head coach Rose Antonio. A key contributor for the Trojans, she earned multiple honors, including Most Outstanding Player at both the JV (2022) and varsity (2024) levels, and was named to the ScoringLive OIA Division I First Team in her senior season.

Known for her strong presence at the plate and dependable defense in the corners, Pagampao brings power and consistency to the Sharks’ infield. She chose HPU to continue her softball career close to home, surrounded by the support of her family and friends while pursuing her degree in biology.
