Hawaii Pacific University Athletics

Addison Vaught joins the Sharks from California Preparatory Academy in Mission Viejo, California. The 5-foot-6 defender/forward is pursuing a degree in Global Business at Hawai?i Pacific.

Vaught was a multi-sport athlete in high school, competing in soccer, track and field, and flag football. She showcased her versatility on the soccer field by playing defender, forward, and midfielder, earning Junior Varsity Defensive MVP honors during the 2022-23 season before being named Varsity Defensive MVP in 2025-26. On the flag football field, she excelled at multiple positions, including wide receiver, middle linebacker, cornerback, and safety, and was recognized as the team's Overall MVP in 2026.

Vaught brings a competitive, well-rounded athletic background to the Sharks and the ability to contribute in multiple roles on the pitch. She looks to continue building on her success as she begins her collegiate career at Hawai?i Pacific.
