Hilo, HI (February 27, 2011) – Hawai'i Pacific finished Saturday's match and started a new one Sunday, and won them both. With match one tied at four, Sari Alotaibi resumed his match and won 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 to give HPU the 5-4 victory. In match two, the Sea Warriors won a little more comfortably at 6-3.

The doubles teams of Petr Michnev and Matiss Libietis won both matches. The top three singles for HPU were impressive, going 6-0 for the weekend. Petr Michnev and Sebastian Bader were not challenged, and Ji Hoon Heo stayed undefeated.

The match of the weekend was on Sunday when Matiss Libietis lost 7-6, 2-6, 16-14.

HPU next hosts Loyola Marymount at Central Oahu Regional Park on Thursday at 2 P.M.
