MANOA, HI (April 11, 2014)—The fourth-ranked Hawai`i Pacific Women's Tennis Team (14-5) capped the home portion of its regular season with a victory over another Division I opponent, this time defeating UC Davis (12-8) 5-2.

The Sea Warriors took an early advantage in double action by winning two of the three matches. Karen Ramirez and Celina Goetti won first doubles 8-3 while Vivian Hansen and Lea Kruse-Utermann earned an 8-5 decision at third doubles.

The Aggies made things interesting in singles play, winning at first and sixth singles to take a 2-1 lead, but HPU responded by winning the last for singles matches to coast to a 5-2 win.
HPU will finish its regular season on April 15^th against Point Loma in Surprise, AZ.
