The Sharks showed heart in singles but ultimately lost five of the six matches. Nicole Hoynaski (7-6, 6-1) picked up a win at second singles over the #18 ranked singles player in the nation. Kristyna Hancarova (6-4, 4-6, 10-5) and Hansen (2-6, 6-0, 6-0) each won a set and pushed the opposition to the limit but couldn't prevail in the third set.

The Sharks return to the court tomorrow for a neutral site match in Pensacola against #23 Valdosta State.
