Following a successful 30-win, postseason appearance in 2024, HPU Baseball is excited to return home to Hans L'Orange Ballpark in Waipahu. The field, bathrooms, parking lot, and stadium have undergone a two-year renovation, making 2025 a special homecoming season for the Sharks.
HPU kicks off with non-conference series against Drury University and North Greenville University. Drury last visited in 2020, taking three of five games. North Greenville, the 2022 National Champions, posted an impressive 41-14 record last season, finishing 11th nationally.
Conference Play:
With three newly added PacWest teams, the conference slate begins earlier than usual. The Sharks will open on the road against Westmont—last year's second-place team—and then travel to Azusa Pacific to conclude a nine-day trip.
They'll return home to host Biola and Concordia on March 1st before embarking on a 14-day road trip to face Fresno Pacific, William Jessup, and Menlo College.
Notable Mid-Season Matchups:
For the second straight year, HPU will square off against University of Hawaii at Les Murakami Stadium in a mid-week game on April 1st. This is followed by a 12-game home stand featuring series against UH Hilo, Point Loma, and Vanguard.
Regular Season Finale & PacWest Tournament:
HPU wraps up the regular season on the road against their crosstown rivals and second-year PacWest member, Chaminade University. The PacWest Conference Tournament will run from May 7th to May 9th for the top four finishers, with the location yet to be determined.
