Personal: Born in Santa Cruz, CA to John and Leslie Akeman and has one brother named Evan (22)…… Caitlin, who goes by Catie, enjoys going to the beach, hanging out with friends, making movies and taking pictures, Catie came to HPU for the new experiences and a chance to play soccer in such a beautiful place.  Catie intends on majoring in Public Relations 

Prior To HPU:  Played forward and center midfield for Harbor High School for head coach David Frank, where she led the team in scoring from 2008-2011….. Earned All-County honors in 2012
