Biography

Personal: Jason was born in Berkeley, CA. to parents Tom and Randi Swihart, he also has a sister, Ashley (25)…his favorite movies are Bronx Tale and Homeward Bound…favorite musical artists are Jimi and Jeferson Airplane…he enjoys surfing and going on runs with his dog…his favorite food is a chile relleno…his favorite athlete is Leonard Garcia…Swihart chose HPU because of the soccer program and the waves…he is majoring in Philosophy and in 10 years plans on being healthy, happy, and surrounded by family.
 
Prior to HPU: Swihart played soccer at Berkeley High School where he lettered on varsity for two years. He then went on to play at Merritt College under Head Coach Zach Sullivan. At Merritt, he was given 1st Team Honors for the Bay Valley Conference.

HPU: 2014- Begins thrid season 2013- did not appear in a regular season match.  2012- Swihart played in 10 matches, starting three.
