Biography

Personal: Born in Avondale, Arizona…parents are Jacquelyn and Simon Phipps...has six brothers and sisters…likes comedy movies and Italian food…in ten years would like to be playing basketball overseas…chose HPU for the diversity, small classes, and basketball program.

Prior to HPU: Played basketball and football in high school under coaches Matt O’Meara and Craig Holland…Awarded All-State Honorable Mention...led the Owls to a berth in the semifinals of the Division II Arizona State Playoffs...averaged 17.3 points and 8.6 assists and was recognized as an all-division and all-section performer
