Simi Valley native Kylie “Ky” Landaker joins Hawai‘i Pacific University softball as a versatile middle infielder and outfielder. A standout multi-sport athlete from Royal High School, Landaker competed in softball, volleyball, beach volleyball, dance, and track while excelling academically with a 4.5 GPA. She was a team captain, MVP, and Student Scholar Athlete, recognized for balancing athletic and academic excellence.

Outside of softball, Landaker enjoys hiking, surfing, traveling, and spending long days by the beach. Inspired by ocean conservation and the life of Bethany Hamilton, she plans to pursue a career in marine biology focused on protecting marine ecosystems. Landaker chose HPU for its balance of elite academics, athletics, and the opportunity to live out her dream of playing the sport she loves surrounded by the ocean.
