Dylan Barreira is a midfielder from Foxboro, Massachusetts. At Foxborough High School under coach Joe Franchino, he starred up top and in the midfield, earning back-to-back All Hockomock Starting 11 honors while leading the league in goals and points in 2018 and 2019. He continued his career at Merrimack College with coach Tony Martone, where he was named to the NEC All-Conference Rookie Team. Dylan chose HPU to “have the highest quality of life while succeeding in the classroom and on the field.” Away from soccer, he enjoys the gym, running, day trading, and time in nature, and counts Cristiano Ronaldo and Toni Kroos among his favorite athletes.
