Personal: Born in San Diego...parents are Doug and Deirdre Bretney...has one brother Kevin (25)...enjoys playing soccer, eating, running, and sleeping...favorite foods are carne asada burritos, In-n-Out Burgers, and frozen yogurt...favorite music artists are Switchfoot, Matt Maher, and Jack Johnson...favorite athletes are Chris Klein, Cobi Jones, and Doug Flutie...majoring in Marine Biology...in 10 years she would like to be teaching and coaching in high school.

Prior To HPU: Graduated from Our Lady of Peace High School in San Diego...lettered in soccer under coaches Boettger and Lutton...also played club soccer for FC Bratz...was a varsity tri-sport athlete for four years.

HPU: Begins fourth season. 2011: Played 15 games starting … recorded four shots, one of them on goal  2010: Played in 17 matches, starting 15. Recorded two assists on the year and scored a goal at Chaminade on September 16th. 2009: Played in 18 matches, starting two...logged eight shots on goal, three on target...started in HPU’s season opening win versus Westminster College (8/28)
