Box Score HONOLULU (November 29, 2015) – The Hawaii Pacific men's basketball team connected on 53.4 percent of its shots from the field and relied on an effective defense to notch an 82-76 victory over No. 15 Western Washington University to conclude the Hoops in Hawaii Classic at Moanalua High School.

Rema Lascelles turned in eight points, six rebounds and four assists from the guard position as the Sharks won their third consecutive game.
HPU buried eight 3-pointers on the afternoon a day after setting a program record with 20 treys against Grace Bible College. The home team also made 12-of-14 from the charity stripe.
The Sharks (3-2) built a 44-34 halftime advantage after shooting a blistering 55.2 percent (16-29) from the field. Feigler dropped eight points in the first frame, while Ricardo Maxwell helped keep the Vikings in the game with 15 first-half points.
The Vikings (5-3) received a game-high 27 points from Maxwell, while Kyle Impero posted a game-high 10 rebounds. In spite of the loss, Western Washington still leads the all-time series 7-6. Sunday's clash was the first matchup between the squads in 10 years.
The Sharks return to the court when they open PacWest Conference action against Holy Names on Dec. 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Blaisdell Arena.
